Located on the tip of a private lake, the cottage frames views of the surrounding mountains, lakes and ponds. Access more than 60 km of mountain biking, cross-country skiing, fat biking and snowshoeing trails of the Sentiers du Moulin, from the chalet. Warm up around the fireplace, relax on the dock, or share a meal with others after a day in the open air. Very well equipped, the chalet has 3 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate couples and families. The chalet is a signed The Parcelles construction, managed by Nöge Hébergement. The Parcelles is an ecosystem of creative resorts and retreats, carefully chosen in maritime and Quebec. Each plot of land houses a home designed to facilitate physical and mental regeneration for all those who stay there.

Is there a reception area on site?

During your stay at Nöge, you’re entirely autonomous. However, you can reach us at any time by text message or email.

A guide will be sent to you via email one day before your arrival. It includes all the necessary information and instructions as well as recommendations for places to visit and businesses to discover in the stunning Quebec City area.

Where can we park our vehicles?

Parking can accommodate up to 4 cars and is located next to the chalet.

Is it possible to book a single night?

Single night stay is possible only upon request and if it does not create an orphan night.

Is coffee provided?

There is a quantity of coffee offered corresponding to the machine on site and for 2 days for 2 people. Feel free to bring your favorite ground coffee.

What is your cancellation policy?

You’ll get a full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund will be applied if cancellation is made 14 days or less before arrival.

What do we need to bring?

Simply bring your belongings and food. Bedding and towels are provided.

What activities can we do in the area?

The site is located at the north end of the city of Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval, in a valley surrounded by the boreal forest. You’ll be around 45–60 minutes from Old Quebec, Île d’Orléans, Stoneham ski resort and the Jacques Cartier National Park.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, animals are not permitted in Parcelles.

Is the chalet suitable for children?

Yes, the chalet is suitable for children. We also provide on request a playpen (Pack ‘n’ play) for young children.

Can we change the arrival and departure time?

It is possible to take advantage of an early arrival at 3:00 p.m. and/or a late departure at 12:00 p.m. for a fee of $40 each, available at the boutique. Additional costs will be charged in the event of non-compliance with the times indicated.

What are the possible additions to the stay?

Visit our store to add comfort to your stay. The items will be in the chalet when you arrive (bathrobes, wood logs, aperitif tray, candles, etc.).
